The following rules apply to our curated photostream. Submissions that do not follow these criteria will be rejected without notice.
- Submit ONE (1) film shot per week unless the theme description specifically says otherwise
- Your submission must be a jpeg and include your name in the file name, as well as any other information you would like to share about the shot (camera, lens, film, process), all separated by underscores. e.g., "title_camera_lens_film_artistname.jpeg"
- To be considered, your photo must be submitted by noon Pacific time, US / 7:00 pm GMT on Sunday.
Facebook Group Rules
The following rules have been created to ensure that all members of the Film Shooters Collective may enjoy the experience of being a part of the collective.
- Be respectful at all times; failure to do so may lead to removal.
- Do not feed the rumor mill; if you don't have a source, don't post it.
- Post no photos; the only exception is for critique or discussion.
- Nudes, implied nudes, photos depicting violence or other objectionable material are not acceptable within the group.
- Racist, sexist, or homophobic comments are immediate cause for removal. In addition, any members engaging in name calling will be removed without warning.
- Cross promotions of your group, brand, product or otherwise need to be approved by an admin before posting. Contact us if you're unsure about your post.
Membership is a privilege that comes with the payment of your dues. It may be revoked at anytime, without refund, for failure to comply with the rules:
- Be respectful at all times. Any member that engages in name calling on our website, blog, Facebook page or group or other social media may be removed without warning.
- Racist, sexist, or homophobic comments are immediate cause for removal.
- If you post content that is deemed inflammatory or otherwise unacceptable it will be taken down. If it is found to be in violation of our rules, you will be subject to removal.
FSC makes no guarantees that you will receive any benefit of membership other than what is explicitly listed in the membership packages. As a collective, your participation is essential to our success. We welcome you and look forward to your involvement.
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Stickers and decals are not returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 5694 Mission Center Road #602-888 San Diego California US 92108-4312.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5694 Mission Center Road #602-888 San Diego California US 92108-4312
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping a package with a retail value over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
