Lester Cannon
My name is Lester Cannon. I was born and raised in the California Bay Area. I have been living in Germany for the last 6 years. I got back into film photography around 2012. I noticed that many of the photographers who's photos really stood out to me were all film photographers so I decided I needed to try it out for myself. I started with a Pentax ME Super, 50mm 2.0, and Fuji Superia 200. After getting some great results I began to shoot more and more film and less digital. Nowadays I use a variety of cameras. Pentax MX, Rolleiflex, Leica M6, Mamiya RB67, Yashica T4, Zorki 6...Whatever gets the job done. I focus mostly on Portraiture and Documentary photography but I try to dabble in all genres from time to time.
