Mohammed Chakiri

Peace be to you. My named is Mohammed Ali Chakiri from Oslo Norway. I started with film after digging deep in my fathers old box in the addict. I found a Nikon FE, and was astounded by the look and grip. I knew very little how the film came alive after exposing. But when i learned, i never forgot about the exciting moment when you wash after the fix. My photography: I love to give the watcher a feeling when they see my frames. i shoot life and everything around my life from skateboarding to street photography. The street raised me to look around. I steal moments fractions of time. I shoot often with 3200 iso. becouse when i get home from work its dark out. and i like a rugged feel, dirty film dust and hair. Call me The dirty photographer. my composition is clean but my film is dirty. i shoot mostly Black&white because I develop myself. My favorite weapons Hasselblad 500c and Leica m6. I never leave my house without a cam around my neck. When I don't have it on me i see scenes and compositions that haunts me. I give the frames personality. Let the world express it self through your viewfinder. Peace.
