CURATED PHOTOSTREAM | AUGUST 14, 2017 | BARBARA MURRAY

Chaos is a part of our lives. It can be feared and avoided, or welcomed as a force for creativity and change. In this week’s photostream I present photographs that illustrate the everyday occurrence of chaos, the ways in which it shapes our lives, and the beauty that can result. Stephen Sondheim said, “Art…is an attempt to bring order out of chaos”. Perhaps my favorite quote about chaos, is the simple statement by Bob Dylan, “Chaos is a friend of mine”.

SUBMIT

Every week the FSC features a Curated Photostream that is open to all.  You may only submit one (1) photo and it *must* be a jpeg file and no larger than 20 MB. Please title the file "Title_Camera_Film_YourName.jpg" so that we may properly credit you if your photo is selected.

Next week will be curated by Jocelyn Mathewes and the theme is "Listening." You can submit your photo here.
