CURATED PHOTOSTREAM | January 26, 2021 | ABIGAIL CRONE

This month’s theme was ‘Endings,' something everyone was so eager to experience at the end of 2020. 'Endings' are what you make of them, exciting or terrifying, colored completely by the steps that come after. Fittingly there was a bit of bittersweet in the submissions for this month. Melanie Huebner’s empty hospital bed leaves me questioning what happened to the person that was in it, but the bright light coming through the window makes me hopeful, a great story in such a seemingly simple interior shot. Franco Carino Zanotti’s 'End of Summer' is so peaceful, vacation time ending for the tourists but just beginning for the beach town, the residents can finally rest until the next summer comes along. Thank you all for sharing your wonderful submissions, and I look forward to seeing your work again next month.
